Steve has a great app that it is easy to use and follow, he has been able to meet my needs and limitations due to recovering from spinal surgery. I was impressed with knowledge, guidance and to not push me past where I could safely go.
I had already been using My Fitness Pal to calorie count since the start of September, but Steve has helped me to start looking at the macros and setting me targets so that I can start thinking about what I put in my mouth!! He also gets you to realise that your weight loss journey isn't just about the scale and there are so many contributing factors!!
I have loved have daily reminders on the app after discussing with Steve, that I am better if I food prep and I am organised! So now every night I get a 2100 reminder to check in and say if I have prepped. These little things are habit forming and are really useful for me.
Finally the group is a great way to start speaking to others but also to reach out when you are having a bad day and you just want to communicate with like minded people. It is a safe environment to not feel judged, but to feel supported!

After winning 3 weeks free online coaching with Steve I was absolutely shocked as I Never win anything, I was wondering how it would all work if I’m honest but it was a very successful 3 weeks with:
Easy to use app with 3 workouts dedicated to me with the equipment I have, some of the exercises I would never have known about or done if I was to do it alone, Detailed workouts with step by step instructions to get the technique spot on and videos for each stretch/exercise so you can see visually what you have to do if the write up isn’t enough, which I did still have to watch the videos often to make sure my technique wasn’t slipping as this is so easy to do when your tired or DOMS are killing you lol.
Support on hand at times Steve states but I have also been in touch outside these hours and had a response which is fab!
Steve is so knowledgable with all information needed for women to start and succeed with their fat loss goals, he always has a answer to any questions asked relating to your journey as everyone is different and somethings may work for you and not others, so it’s nice to have Steve to help and guide you with a plan for YOU and not the same for all his clients.
Facebook support groups are a nice help to speak with others going through the same journey or to even hear a question answered that you may not have thought about etc, also videos added for guidance and knowledge which help you throughout the journey so this is also a good benefit to the online coaching, it’s not just emails it’s so much more than that!
There’s No judging on what I eat or drink as long as I stick in a calorie deficit and be honest with him, as the only real person you lie to by not being honest is yourself.
Steve has been advising me to up my protein and fibre which I am going to work on over the coming days as I struggle to find time to keep track of too much as I have twin toddlers who take all my time and energy lol, so I wouldn’t have thought to do this going alone!
This is so good for motivation because many times I couldn’t be bothered but I done it knowing I had to check in and log workouts and food etc, all in all Iv been really happy and impressed with my 3 free week online coaching with Steve so I have now signed up to his 90 day programme to help me continue this journey I started. I’ve never been great at sticking to the plan when I’ve tried any diet in the past. Exercise has always been a struggle as well. I’ve worked with Steve since October 2018 and the approach to “diet” has been so simple and easy to adapt to a busy life. Exercise has actually been fun but also challenging. Wow so where do I start .... the non diet, diet. Where was I ... 51 overweight, non motivated, no self worth and just going from day to day.
